Rainforest walk

Killarney Bushcare’s September gathering took us to the beautiful property of Mal Smith.

The group enjoyed encountering magnificent giant rosewoods and other old-growth forest right near the rabbit-proof fence. This patch of rainforest provides an important glimpse of the previously much more widespread rainforest habitat throughout our region.
