Book launch

Killarney residents and visitors now have an easy way to confidently identify locally-occurring plants. Around 50 people gathered to celebrate the launch of the newest Killarney Bushcare field guide: Flora of Killarney.

Attendees were treated to  engaging and informative presentations on iconic local plants and grafting techniques by Mangroves to Mountains authors Glenn Leiper, Jan Glazebrook and Denis Cox.

We would also like to thank Mayor Melissa Hamilton and Councillor Russell Wantling for their generous support and their help in launching this exciting new resource.

Copies will be available through local retailers and online.
